Bill Power is time and billing software that works directly with your Calendar - Lotus Notes & Domino, Lotus Organizer, Microsoft Outlook & Exchange, and Symantec Act!. Bill Power loads data from your calendar, sorts and summarizes billable entries (including value-added taxes), and provides full-featured invoice and timesheet formatting, printing, archiving, and data export (to spreadsheets, databases, QuickBooks, HTML, and binary).
Bill Power Plus! adds support for networked workgroups by loading multiple data files, loading Domino databases, and loading data from Outlook Public Folders and Mailboxes connected using Microsoft Exchange.
Notes, Outlook (included with Microsoft Office), Organizer (included with Lotus SmartSuite) and Act! are some of the most powerful and popular Calendars in use today.

Bill Power User Interface
The Bill Power point & click user interface is easy to learn and use.
- The Bill Power Main View, as well as the Bill Power Plus! Main View, present a familiar Windows explorer view of billable entries, sorted by folder, category, contact, and company. Set a date range, select a category (or all categories), click the Load button, and data from your Calendar is automatically loaded, sorted, summarized, and presented to you for review.
- The Print Preview shows exactly how reports and invoices are formatted for printing. Invoices can be also saved and loaded as files for record keeping.
- The General Options dialog box allows you to set preferences.

Bill Power is designed for single-user time and billing. For Outlook users, Bill Power loads data from the default Calendar, Contact, Task, and Journal Folders. This is sufficient for those who use Outlook™ as-is, and do not add any folders for storing time and billing data. For Lotus Organizer and Symantec Act! users, Bill Power loads data from one data file. For Lotus Notes users, Bill Power loads data from one data file, and one Personal Address Book.
Bill Power Plus! is designed for multi-user, or workgroup, time and billing. For Outlook users, Bill Power Plus! loads and displays data from all Outlook folders and subfolders that contain Appointments, Contacts, Journal Items, or Tasks - including Public Folders and Mailboxes connected using Microsoft Exchange. For Lotus Organizer and Symantec Act! users, Bill Power Plus! loads data from multiple data files. For Lotus Notes and Domino users, Bill Power Plus! loads data from multiple data files, and from any database that can be opened using Notes and Domino. This allows data from networked users to be included in time and billing.
The Bill Power Viewer is integrated into Bill Power, and also available as a stand alone program for free download from Studio 848. It allows invoices and billing reports that have been saved as binary data files from Bill Power to be print previewed, printed, and faxed. Clients or workgroup members that do not have Bill Power can use the Bill Power Viewer to open the files, view, print, and fax the reports.

Bill Power is year 2000 compliant. All time and billing data is stored in your Calendar. Bill Power uses Windows registry settings for date and time formats, allowing the user to select exactly how dates will be displayed. Bill Power has also been tested with date ranges that span 1-Jan-2000 to verify its compliance.
International users represent a large percentage of Bill Power customers. The product is available in English, and is being used for time and billing all over the world. Bill Power loads data directly from your Calendar; this data will already be in the appropriate language. Bill Power uses Windows regional system settings for currency symbols, and date/time formats. Invoice cover page, labels and header/footer can be setup in any desired language. Value Added Tax can be included in billing, with separate tax rates for fees and costs.
Bill Power supports Handhelds through its integration with popular desktop PC Calendars. You can synchronize (upload and download) data between your desktop PC Calendar your Handheld PC Calendar. Our customers using Bill Power with Handheld PCs 1) install Bill Power on their desktop PC, 2) synchronize data between their handheld and their PC,3) use Bill Power for time and billing reporting.
